Ms. Shiela Mendoza is also one of the United Neon Foundation, Inc.'s ALS Graduate - Batch 2019, bringing inspiration to everyone, most especially to women who may have struggled in life because of different challenges, but still, choose to fight and rise not only for themselves but for their loved ones as well.
