Photo & Video Disclaimer

United Neon Foundation Inc. (UNFI) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any of its events, activities and intitiatives, without the expressed verbal or written permission of those included within the photograph/video. UNFI may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by UNFI including but not limited to UNFI brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, social media accounts etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and minors, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.

A person attending a UNFI event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact UNFI at Unit 203 2F HPL Building, Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City, Philippines, in writing of his/her request and include a photograph for reference. UNFI will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

By participating in an UNFI program or project, but failing to notify UNFI in writing your desire to not have your photograph used by UNFI, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify UNFI from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with UNFI may not use, copy, alter or modify UNFI photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from UNFI.

United Neon Foundation, Inc. and its affiliates (also collectively referred as “Company”, “we”, “our” and “us”) established this Data Privacy Policy to show that we recognize and value your privacy rights.

Kindy note that when you request for the deletion of your account, we delete things you have posted, such as your photos and status updates, and you won't be able to recover that information later. Information that others have shared about you is not considered part of your account and won't be deleted.
