General Questions
Maaring ipasa ang pinaka-latest na grades (preferably 2nd quarter onwards for Grade 10, 1st semester grades for College).
Maaring magpasa ng anumang patunay na ikaw ay currently enrolled sa iyong eskwelahan katulad ng Registration form or Cert. of Enrollment.
Ang tinatanggap po ng aming ahensya ay PSA Birth Certificate upang masigurado na ang hawak naming dokumento ay updated.
Kung ang iyong magulang ay unemployed o walang ITR o payslip ay maaring magpasa ng Brgy. Indigency.
Maaring magpasa ng kopya ng proof of billing ng iyong kasera.
Magkaiba po. Ang brgy. certificate ay nagpapatunay na ikaw ay residente ng isang brgy. Ang brgy. indigency naman ay ini-issue ng brgy. upang patunay na ang pamilya ay nabibilang sa "indigent" families.
Ang tinatanggap ng aming ahensya ay ang "recent" or latest" na Certificate. Nararapat na nakapangalan ito sa scholarship applicant.
Magpasa ng grades na may pirma ng guro o may selyo ng eskwelahan.
Ang aming scholarship application ay open para sa mga residente ng NCR lamang.
Scholarship Conditions:
DURATION:
Grade 11 up to College (given that the scholar complies with the foundation's requirements)
AREAS:
The foundation covers applicants who are residing and studying within NCR.
GRADES:
Maintaining an average grade of 85% and with no failing grades or grades below 80.
VALUES:
No recorded offense or bad conduct.
Grade Requirement: at least 85% on GWA with no grade lower than 80
Incoming Senior High School, any gender and for single applicants only
Full tuition fee (including miscellaneous fees) for any school (public/private)
Daily allowance
Bag and shoe allowance
Book allowance
Photocopy of Grade 10 Report Card (GWA must be 85 above and no grades below 80)
School ID
PSA Birth Certificate
2x2 photo
Any copy of billing under the family's name (E.g. Electric bill, water bill, etc.)
Income Tax return (BIR no.1700) - optional but required if parents are employed.
If ITR is not available, please submit proof of income such as a payslip
Certificate of Indigency
