History 

United Neon Foundation, Inc. (formerly Hearts for Breakthrough Learning Foundation Inc.) was established in the year 2013. Its inception marked the beginning of its role as socio-civic arm of the United Neon Media Group. In 2014, the foundation embarked on a mission to provide support for various programs, including scholarships, training and workshops, and the Alternative Learning System (ALS).
 

Driven by a steadfast commitment to leave a lasting impact by empowering underprivileged yet promising young individuals to become Christ-centered leaders who positively influence the lives of others, the foundation has continued to thrive in both quantity and quality. It has earned recognition and accreditation from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and the Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC), granting it the license to operate nationwide.
 

To this day, through God’s grace, we are continually serving our mission and extending our reach to more youths, families, and communities through our existing programs and services.
